Beaminster Connects
This Saturday saw the first BEAMINSTER CONNECT event showcasing the different clubs, societies and social activities that are on offer for people to join in Beaminster and the surrounding area.
Around 200 people came to see what was on offer and what they could participate in their local community.
£312.12 was raised for us from donations made to our donations boxes and for the teas and coffees that were served.
Thank you to the team at Yarn Barton Information Centre for organising such a great event and for choosing us as the host venue and beneficiary to donations made.
Also thank you to all the volunteers who came along and made the event possible to run.
Hopefully this can become an yearly event!
